Application Deadlines for 2017-2018 school year:
  • Priority Application Deadline:  March 24, 2017
  • Application Deadline:  Ongoing but possibly added to waitlist
Yes, all prospective students must take an admissions exam (excluding Preschool).  Students scoring well on this exam will be granted an interview with a member of the Admissions Committee.
Offers for admission are made within one month of submitting application for those applicants who submit applications by the priority application deadline and have completed all necessary steps within two weeks of submission.  Students will be notified of the Admission Committee decision by mail.
Yes, please bring, email, fax or upload the immunization record to the school office during the application process.

Preschooler needs to be potty proficient. 
 
Preschooler needs to be 2.9 years old by August of current school year.  If Preschooler turns 2.9 after November of current school year, full admission will be contingent based on evaluation at the family interview as well as a successful probation period.

Preschool 
We are licensed by the state of California to maintain a ratio of 12 to 1; however, we make a great effort to keep our ratios at 10 to 1 or lower.
 
Elementary
Class size avg. is 18. 
Financial aid is offered on a case-by-case basis. You can apply during the application process.  The Financial Aid committee will notify of a potential award after all information is received.
Elementary
Yes, although our resources are limited, we do provide services to students with diagnosed and documented learning differences.  Please contact admissions@achieverchristian.com or (408) 264-6789 for more information.

Preschool

We offer a full-day program which includes after school care up until 6pm

Yes, there is before and after school care we call Student Life. 
 
Morning Session = 7am - 8:15am
Late Start Wednesday Session = 8:15am-9:20am
Afternoon Session = 3:00pm - 6pm

Yes, ACS does have a dress code for Elementary only (not Preschool).  The goal of our uniform code is to establish an environment conducive to learning. We desire that our students be free to work and play in an environment that honors the Lord, free from the distractions of inappropriate or unsafe dress.
