Our Breakdown of Fees

New Students
Application Fee: Application Fee (due with application, includes testing fee): $125

2018/19 Registration Fees/Annual Fees Per Student:

New/Returning Student Registration Fee……………….$1050
Registration fee includes: enrollment, curriculum, technology, yearbook, and field trip fees.
(4th-6th grade will have one extra field trip fee during the school year).

Enrollment (new students)/Re-enrollment fee is $200 until February 20, 2018, with the balance of $750 due in June 2018.
Between February 21st and May 31st, 2018, Enrollment/Reenrollment fee increases to $300 and the balance of $750 is due June, 2018.
After May 31, Full Enrollment/Re-enrollment fee of $1050 is due at the time of enrollment.
This fee will be deducted through FACTS (our payment institution)

All fees must be paid prior to your student attending school.
Fees are non-refundable

Before/After School Care:
Pre-registration fee $40 per family (non-refundable)
$8 per hour  (billed in quarter hour increments)
"drop-in" services billed at $10.00 per hour (billed in whole hour increments)

 

Financial Aid

Since our school’s founding, ACS’s board of directors have sought to provide a Christian education that is affordable to as many families as possible. We seek to partner with families to educate children for a life of service to God. While the primary responsibility for financing a student’s education rests with the family, we offer financial aid to families who need assistance.

The School Financial Aid committee processes each request individually.  To apply for financial aid, families must complete the enrollment process and pay the enrollment fee for the applicable school year. In order to continue to be eligible for financial aid students must also achieve satisfactory academic progress and meet ACS’s behavioral standards.

It is our hope that our financial aid will make Christian Education available to more families in our Valley.
